1. Project & Research Officer (Contract based)

The Project & Research Officer is responsible for providing technical and implementation support for the projects, ensuring the implementation of the specific project in collaboration with institutional partners, monitoring service delivery progress and other follow up activities in consultation with the Program Director as well as conducting policy research to supply the project substances.

Education & Experience 

    1. Bachelor Degree in International Relations, International Law, Public Policy, or other related fields.
    2. Minimum experience as a junior researcher qualitative or quantitative.
    3. At least 1-year experience in the sector of International Organizations or NGOs.
    4. Experience of working with Government Officials and staff in supporting community.
    5. Experience on Project Management.

Skills & Abilities 

    1. Good understanding of International Issues, Public Policy, and Foreign Policy. 
    2. Good understanding of partnership building and engagement.
    3. Report writing.
    4. Good knowledge of project management.
    5. Fluent in English both oral and written.
    6. Capable in report writing and presentation.
    7. Having good interpersonal skills.
    8. Capable in managing projects from end to end.
    9. Working well with and contributing effectively to a multicultural team.

  1. Monitor project expenditure and contracts/agreements with project partners and counterparts on project implementation.
  2. Assisting the Supervisor in preparation of project reports.
  3. Assist the Supervisor in data analysis, field work coordination and data encoding.
  4. Assist the project in activity planning framework and strengthen the implementation of the target group including work plan preparation.
  5. Facilitate the consultation meeting between target groups, CSO, CBO and government to prepare an action plan and adaptation of the tool to improve the forest governance.
  6. In cooperation with other project members, organise meetings, workshops, and facilitate workshops, discussions and consultations with communities and stakeholders under the projects.
  7. Represent the project in meetings with government and project partners and take minutes of project meetings when required.
  8. Work with relevant colleagues to collect and compile all available data and information on the status, key threats, and issues related to project and present field data gathered for further analysis and for communications’ products.
  9. Provide the Supervisor with information on regulations, decisions and legal decrees relevant to project activities and approaches.
  10. Provide inputs to communications products, materials, and campaigns to ensure accurate information of the project when required.
  11. Coordinate the monitoring of implementation of the project work plan, and ensure that project monthly monitoring reports are submitted by project partners as well as coordination between WWF and partners.
  12. Secure community and project stakeholder participation in development of the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.
  13. Assist in the preparation progress reports to monitor all technical, financial and administrative aspects on the utilization and impact of all resources made available to the project.
  14.  Additional duties and responsibilities as required by the project leader.

2. FPCI Research Intern 2022

FPCI intern is responsible for project research and implementation, under the supervision of Project Lead (Director).

(6 Month period)

Working from office (WFO) at FPCI Secretariat in Jakarta

Education & Experience 

    1. Final year student or Fresh Graduated in Environmental Science, International Relations, International Law, Public Policy, or other related fields from reputable universities.
    2. Minimum experience as a junior researcher qualitative or quantitative.
    3. Experience in coordinating/working with diverse Stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
    4. Experience of working with Government Officials and  staff in supporting the community.
    5. Experience of working with international NGOs.

Skills & Abilities 

    1. Good understanding of Climate Change Issue, SDGs, and Public Policy.
    2. Research writing.
    3. Good knowledge of project management.
    4. Fluent in English both oral and written.
    5. Capable in report writing and presentation.
    6. Having good interpersonal skills.
    7. Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)
    8. Working with multiple stakeholders and overtime when required. 
    9. Work from the FPCI Office in Jakarta.
  1. Policy: researched on foreign policy updates.
  2. Communication: prepared and implemented global communication strategy and projects e.g.; website & social media management, branding and publication production.
  3. Event Management: designed, prepared, implemented, monitored and reported a wide range of events related to Foreign Policy for audience ranging 50 to 6000 people.
  4. Partnership: managed relationships with government or businesses or other institutional partners by preparing agreements, maintaining correspondence and monitoring projects.
  5. Outreach: engaged with prospective students, university partners, Embassies, for branding purpose and cooperation.
  6. Strategy: contributed and implemented HDRO’s communication and media strategy, produced and delivered presentation on strategic recommendation for HDRO’s communication.
  7. Editorial: created social media contents, managed and uploaded website contents.
  8. Social Media: monitored and managed social media channels, planned strategies, created posts.

3. Media Relations Intern

Media Relations Intern will be in charge to assist the Media Relations officer in executing communication strategies with press.

Working from office (WFO) at FPCI Secretariat in Jakarta

Education & Experience 

    1. Final year student or Fresh Graduated in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing Communications, or other related fields from reputable universities.
    2. Able to do internship in minimum 3 or 6 months.
    3. Experience in coordinating/working with diverse media (online, offline, or printed).
    4. High motivated. 
    5. Have good communication skill. 
    6. Fluent in English both oral and written. 
    7. Problem solving and analytical skill.
    8. Thinking creatively to produce new idea and concepts.
    9. Good knowledge in digital and social media landscape.
  1. Support media Supervisor include but not limited to craft media messages.
  2. Support Supervisor in reporting and follow up.
  3. Writing press releases and story pitches/ briefs for journalists.
  4. Inviting media network.
  5. Maintaining databse and update all the information every week.
  6. Analyzing and reporting of the weekly media monitoring report.
